William Friedkin direct this wonderful movie where two cops in Los Angeles try to track down the vicious criminal Eric Masters. William Petersen, Willem Dafoe, John Pankow create the magic that makes possible this film. 

 Then, one of them is killed by Masters and the other one swears revenge no matter what the cost. Everything soaked with the environment created by the really well chosen music of Wang Chung.  After that, the hunt becomes an ob- session and the law he once swore to uphold becomes meaningless to him.

Debra Feuer as Bianca Torres, John Turturro as Carl Cody and Darlanne Fluegel as Ruth Lainer complete an incredible staff

In this last movie of Martin Scorsese, Dicaprio who after his latest successes with Django and The great Gatsby plays now Belfort, a Long Island (New York count) penny stockbrocker who served three years in prision for defrauding investors in a massive 1990s securities scam.


Great story written Terence Winter and Jordan Belfort. Beside Dicrapio it can be appreciated the good work of Jonah Hill and Margot Robbie playing Donnie and Naomi.
